PitchIQ legal notices

PitchIQ processes account information needed to register, sign in and use account-only features. This can include your email address, account identifier, display name, saved FPL Team ID, subscription status and authentication or recovery-session information.

If you enter or save an FPL Team ID, PitchIQ can request publicly available Fantasy Premier League information for that entry. This can include the team and manager name, selected players, captaincy, squad value, bank, transfers, chips, points and rank.

For signed-in users, imported team information can be stored as linked team records and gameweek snapshots so the Planner can provide personalised recommendations, compare changes between gameweeks and evaluate later outcomes. Manually built squads can also be stored in your browser so you can continue working with them on the same device.

PitchIQ can store recommendation records linked to a signed-in Planner session, including proposed moves, rankings, projections, confidence and supporting reasoning. Later squad changes can be compared with those recommendations to evaluate how the advice performed.

Outcome information may also be combined into aggregate performance metrics used to assess and improve PitchIQ's recommendation systems.

If you contact PitchIQ, the service can store the information you submit together with basic request details needed to handle the enquiry. Subscription records can include payment and subscription references, status, billing dates, amount, currency and provider identifiers.

PitchIQ also processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request route, timestamps and error information where needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

PitchIQ relies on service providers for authentication and database services, payments, caching and rate limiting, monitoring, hosting, and football data or media. These include Supabase, Paystack, Upstash Redis and Sentry, together with Fantasy Premier League and other football-data or media sources used by relevant features.

Some account, support, billing, squad and recommendation records are retained beyond the current browser session so that PitchIQ can provide the service, maintain account and billing history, support users, protect the platform and evaluate recommendations. Retention varies by record type and service provider.

You can update profile information and remove a saved FPL Team ID from your account. For questions about data linked to you, or to ask PitchIQ to review, correct or delete information where possible, use the privacy and legal contact form.

You may use PitchIQ for lawful personal use and for its intended football-intelligence and FPL decision-support purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.

You must not disrupt the service, bypass access or Premium controls, misuse authentication or payment systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected parts of the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or commercially exploit PitchIQ branding, interfaces, models or original content without permission.

Features, data sources, models, plans and Premium functionality can change. PitchIQ can also be delayed, interrupted or incomplete because of maintenance, network issues, upstream football data or third-party service availability.

PitchIQ branding, original interface design, written content, models, code and product presentation remain protected. Football data, club and competition marks, player images and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

PitchIQ is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, complete data accuracy, recommendation accuracy, rank improvement or a particular FPL outcome. Nothing in these notices excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
